RETURN & EXCHANGE

You have 21 days from the date of purchase to request a Return Authorization Number and return the item(s) to us.

  1. Email us at hello@enda.us to request a Return Authorization Number
  2. Clearly mark your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
  3. Use the pre-paid return label included in your package to send back your return.

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

 

Return your package to the address instructed via email. 

 

Orders placed online can be returned in-store, once a Return Authorization Number is requested and approved.

All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for return. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface, and must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygienic strip is intact.

Returns must be shipped using the provided pre-paid return shipping label.

Due to the high cost of shipping, all international orders are Final Sale.

Your account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt, less shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.

Sale merchandise reduced 30% or more is considered FINAL SALE, and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refused packages will be subject to a $20 restocking fee.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
